Gecomax OÜ - Cleanroom services

Gecomax OÜ specialises in the development, production, cleaning and assembly of high precision and complex components and
assemblies for cleanroom applications. Our 144m² clean room ensures the highest quality and meets the strictest cleanliness requirements.

Development
  • Concept development and validation
  • Design for clean rooms
  • Optimisation of existing structures in terms of manufacturability and cleanability
  • Calculations, FEM analysis and simulation
  • Developing management software for cleanroom applications
  • High-precision and complex component manufacturing on modern CNC machining centres.
  • 3D printing (metal and plastic)
  • Welding (TIG, MIG/MAG)
  • Machining of high strength steels (wire erosion…)
  • Surface finishing (aluminium and stainless steel passivation, anodising, electroplating…)
  • Heat treatment (tempering, hardening…)
  • Cleaning and assembly in the company’s own clean room with a total area of 144m².
  • Maximum cleanliness thanks to multi-stage air sealing system
  • Modern and efficient cleaning equipment for optimal cleaning results
  • Cleaning with deionised water and detergents specially adapted to the properties of the material concerned.
  • Final assembly of components with maximum dimensions of 3000m x 2000mm x 2500mm (L x W x H) and maximum
    weight 2600 kg.
  • Safe transport thanks to multiple packaging of components, stable transport boxes and transport locks inside the boxes.
    inside the boxes
  • High information security thanks to the use of Estonian servers
  • Access control system in a clean room to protect against unauthorised access.
  • Certificates for all welding processes used
  • Modern and reliable measurement methods to check dimensional accuracy and surface properties (laser measurement,
roughness measurement…), oil and grease resistance (water burst test…) and particle resistance (UV control…).
  • Documentation of measurement and test results in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Quality control of clean rooms by regular particle measurements according to DIN EN ISO 14644.
